You’ll share concerns and ideas about current challenges, describe opportunities that need to be acted upon, and learn about how Thoughtful Impact may be a good fit to help. Depending on your need, we could perform an initial assessment, or draft a proposal for services. The result will be a shared understanding and trust built without a fee being exchanged, along with an agreement about what Thoughtful Impact looks like to you. Otherwise, we’ll just check back in with you in the near future.
Following our formal agreement, we’ll meet your key folks and involved stakeholders. You’ll show us your relevant processes, operating guidance and information, business case and plans, and progress reports. This will leave us informed, upfront.
We’ll ask the right questions and listen hard to the answers as we look for goodness first and then identify disconnects.
We’ll find gaps and opportunities, separate and identify root causes from symptoms, determine how well time is used, and generate solution options with benefits and risks. This will result in a foundation for credible planning.
The initial plan is crafted, fine-tuned with feedback, and updated to a recommended plan that aims at better progress toward your goals.
